**The Role**

- Leading all internal projects to ensure successful delivery
- Develop and implement program plans and schedules
- Work with business sponsors to define program scope, objectives, and success criteria
- Monitor program progress and ensure that milestones are achieved on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, including Senior executives, managers, employees, and vendors.
- Manage project risks and issues, develop contingency plans, and escalate critical issues to senior management as required.
- Ensure that program deliverables meet strategic goals, technology standards and guidelines.
- Report on program progress and ensuring delivery of program benefits.
- Provide coaching, support, and development opportunities to team members and employees.
- Guide peers and team members on best practices for successful delivery of the team's overall work-plan.
- Provide regular project status reports and updates to stakeholders, including senior management, highlighting any issues or concerns that may impact program delivery.

You’re a hands-on leader that can make things happen. Reliable, hardworking, and flexible in your approach, you will also possess:

- Demonstrated experience leading a team within a project management environment
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and teams within complex conditions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong service focus and the ability to develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
- A qualification in Business or Project Management (or similar) or equivalent work experience
- Proactive problem solving skills
