This role suits self-driven, high motivated individuals passionate about building long lasting relationships which will in turn drive growth in Australian employers' business and change the lives of individuals looking to re-enter the workforce.

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be required to:

- Develop new business opportunities for the site and your caseload through canvassing, relationship building and providing tailored employment solutions.
- Provide a customer centric experience to jobseekers through advising on current labour market conditions, obligations, compliance and positive energy to the recruitment journey
- Form an extension of your employers business through understanding their hiring needs and delivering on promise with quality talent, fast
- Facilitate recruitment days, employer interviews and negotiation of job offers and start date
- Provide post placement support services to job seekers and employers for ongoing, sustainable employment
