As our highly valued Teacher Director with our C&K Beachmere team, you’ll nurture an inclusive, collaborative and supportive team culture where everyone can belong, grow and thrive.

At C&K Beachmere Community Kindergarten we have two kindy groups to choose from. All groups ensure children receive the same number of hours of education across the year. The groups have a maximum of 22 children and are led by an experienced and qualified early childhood teacher. We operate during QLD school terms and are closed for school holidays, public holidays and some pupil free days.

With energy, creativity and care, you’ll take a hands-on approach to teaching where you will lead a team of passionate people to deliver a quality educational program for children in our play-based learning environment. And as an approachable leader for families, children and your team, you’ll play an integral role in the overall operations and management of the centre to encourage and nurture children’s learning and development while building great relationships with our families and the wider community.

**What you’ll bring**

To thrive and succeed in this role, you will either have:

- A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent (recognised by ACECQA as an early childhood teaching qualification) or a Bachelor of Primary Teaching with an approved diploma-level qualification.
- First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
- Valid Blue Card and current Police Check (within three months or willing to obtain these).
