**ALL Support Plus** is currently recruiting for a casual Disability Support Worker for two individual clients located within the Gold Coast area.

Our client's require support over various weekday morning shifts, with one requiring some weekend support. Assistance is needed to access the community and appointments.

We are looking for a support worker to start immediately, who has experience working with all types of disability, including mental health.

**Tasks may include, but are not limited to**:

- Personal care prompting,
- Attending client appointments,
- Assisting in community participation,
- Promoting a safe and positive environment when accessing the community,
- Assisting our clients to achieve both their NDIS and personal goals.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Proof of Covid-19 vaccinations and booster.
- Current open QLD driver licence.
- Smartphone with internet access.
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
- NDIS worker orientation certificate.
- Blue card with yellow card exemption (NDIS worker screening/WWCC)
- Minimum of Cert III in disability or individual support, or
- Relevant industry experience working with clients with disability and mental health.
- A person-centred approach.
- Excellent communication skills.
