Experienced Disability Support Worker - Gold Coast - Rize Support (STA service provider); Casual Position

Position Overview: Provide compassionate, person-centred care during day and sleepover shifts. Ideal for those seeking extra work with flexible hours, including majority weekend work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality care and support.
- Assist with daily living skills, community access and personal care.

**Requirements**:

- Motivated to create meaningful connections with our participants.
- Team player with experience in supporting individuals with high support needs and behavioural challenges.
- Available for every Thursday for group support
- Must be an available at least 2 weekends per month (Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon) for a Short-Term Accomodation program.

Must-Haves: NDIS Screening Check, Working With Children Check, Current Driver’s Licence, First Aid & CPR certification. Additional training/certifications such as cert 3 or 4 and Auslan experience highly desirable.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.15 - $43.23 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 30 per week
