**Disability Support Workers Gold Coast**
United Disability Care (UDC) provides tailored disability services across QLD, NSW, and SA. UDC proudly provides high quality, personalised supportive care services to people living with disability.
This is a rewarding opportunity for empathic support workers to help individuals reach their full potential. We are looking for support works who have experience working in the community disability sector working with various intellectual and physical disabilities.
You will deliver services in multiple SIL homes on the Gold Coast. Join a strong passionate team that assists to build our clients capacity to feel safe, heard, supported, and connected to the community. UDC will support your personal development and provide training to maximise client outcomes and a quality service.
**The specific needs of each person we support vary, however some of the services might include**:
- Full personal care
- Manual handling
- Assistance with Daily living
- Medication administration
- Transport to access the community and social program
- Domestic assistance to ensure a clean environment
**Essential**:
- Current Drivers Licence
- First Aid, CPR certificate
- NDIS Workers Screening Check Clearance
- Work Rights to work in Australia ie: Birth Certificate, Passport, Citizenship Certificate
