**The Department**
- The purpose of the Legal Division - Business Information and Records Management (BIRM) team is to provide proactive, enabling advice and first-rate service and support to contribute to SBS achieving its goals_

**The Role**

Reporting to the Head of Business Information Governance, this role will see you:

- Manage, resolve or escalate technical and administrative support requests that relate to MFCM and/or records and information management enquiries
- Maintain, develop, and deliver self-paced and instructor-led training and resources to support staff use of MFCM. Includes delivery of training in face to face and virtual classroom environments.
- Support and guide internal business use of office productivity suites and IT business systems to streamline compliance with records and information management requirements (e.g Microsoft 365/SharePoint Online)
- Provide responsive and accurate advice on record keeping to internal stakeholders
- Collaborating with fellow staff within the BIRM team to support SBS records and information management practices

**About you**
- Passion and understanding of SBS values, purpose, and Charter
- Working knowledge and experience with records management tools, with exposure to Micro Focus Content Manager (including TRIM/HPRM/HPCM) highly desirable.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including SharePoint Online.
- Working knowledge of applicable records and information management legislation, policy and standards (e.g. standards endorsed by National Archives of Australia; Building Trust in the Public Record Policy, Archives Act 1983).
- Experience developing and delivering general and bespoke end-user training
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and presentation skills
