**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Digital Content Creator to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing engaging video content across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook to promote the Trak Racer brand. You will also lead the creation of product assembly and highlight videos, collaborating closely with professional videographers to ensure our products shine. Managing our external content creators (affiliates/influencers) and brand ambassadors is also part of this role. Passion for gaming and/or motorsports is highly beneficial, as it aligns with our brand identity and community.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Content Creation & Strategy:

- Develop and execute innovative content strategies tailored for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Create engaging and high-quality videos, including tutorials, product highlights, and promotional campaigns.
- Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting.

Collaboration:

- Work with external videographers, influencers, affiliates, and brand ambassadors to produce compelling and authentic content.
- Write detailed creative briefs outlining objectives, themes, and deliverables for each project.

Community Engagement:

- Actively engage with our digital community, responding to comments and fostering conversations around gaming and racing.
- Monitor trends in gaming, racing, and social media to adapt strategies effectively.

Performance Analysis:

- Track and analyze key performance metrics for content across all platforms to optimize engagement and reach.
- Provide regular performance reports and recommendations for content improvements.
- Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and messaging

Affiliate & Ambassador Management:

- Manage relationships with brand ambassadors, affiliates, and influencers, external content creators, ensuring alignment with our marketing goals.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and activities with partners to amplify brand visibility.

Team Collaboration & Support:

- Support the digital marketing team with other initiatives as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital content creation and social media marketing.
- Proven success in creating engaging content for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Strong storytelling abilities with a creative and innovative mindset.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and performance tracking.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills to handle multiple deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate with creative teams, videographers, and external partners.
- Passion for gaming, motorsport, or racing simulation.
- Knowledge of the sim racing industry is a strong advantage.
