**Role description**:
With the boom in high-profile complex infrastructure projects, we are involved in, we are looking to expand the team in Melbourne. As part of the Highways and Civil team.

**Role accountabilities**:

- Ensure that the delivery of flood modelling tasks, including meeting budget, timeframe and quality targets, exceeding client expectations;
- Resolving technical flood modelling issues and provide solutions;
- Carry out technical reviews of hydrological and hydraulic models and providing technical input into design reports; and
- Manage components of projects, taking responsibility for own resource and potentially resource allocation of others.

**Qualifications & Experience**:
First and foremost, you share our passion for improving the quality of life. You pride yourself for the part you play in transforming the world around you and understand the importance of teamwork. You are a technically capable Flood Modeller with experience in drainage design for civil infrastructure or land development projects and come to us with:

- Experience using TUFLOW;
- Demonstrated self-management; the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of outcomes;
- Experience with ARR 2019;
- Familiarity with VicRoads; and
- MTM competencies will be highly regarded.
