Lendlease has a unique opportunity for a professional in the early stages of their career to join our key business unit, Integrated Places, as a Workplace Strategy and Design Consultant, based either at the Barangaroo Head office, Sydney, or at our Melbourne Quarter office in Melbourne.

This role would be suitable for a workplace professional in the early stages of their career. It is a great opportunity to develop skills and for career progression.

**The Role**

You will work and engage with customers across commercial, government, university and health sectors, and with internal stakeholders in Construction, Development and Investment roles. You will assist the team with business development activities such as presentations and the production of proposals and bids. You will also contribute to a collaborative team environment, and work openly with other disciplines and teams across Lendlease locally and internationally.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Interior Design, Environmental Psychology, or Corporate Real Estate combined with work experience in a relevant industry
- CAD skills, concept designs
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, both oral and written.
- Customer Focus, Interpersonal Ability, Creative Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking
