We are extremely excited to be opening our newest Only About Children campus located in Torquay, Victoria. Torquay is a brand new purpose built campus. It is a light filled, warm and inviting space offering 130 places across 7 rooms. Each age group has their own dedicated outdoor learning environments and ample space to explore and learn. We are looking for experienced Educators to join the starting team.
The objective of this role is to provide quality education & care to the children in our campuses whilst providing an exceptional partnership experience with our families. These objectives make up our core OAC offering to families called “The OAC Way”.
**Educator role**: We are currently looking for Educators to join the Only About Children Torquay starting team. There will be opportunities to progress within the campus and grow with OAC.
We hope you will work collaboratively with our experienced Early Childhood professionals and share your strengths and commitment to best practice.We cant wait for passionate educators to join the team and build relationships with new OAC children & families, all whilst developing their career with us
- Our OAC curriculum is interest based and aims to develop a range of skills including social and emotional development, independence and instill a sense of agency.
- We aim to inspire a love for learning and a feeling of belonging by facilitating safe and meaningful activities for the nursery children. You will support us to implement a personalised program in line with OAC's HEART principles that is centered around the early learners and their individual needs.
- You will contribute to the program and document children's learning using Storypark as well as supporting and collaborating your team of educators.
