Full time permanent position - 65-70k base + super - 8:15am - 4:45pm Talent Focus Recruitment are working on behalf of their client to recruit a Customer Service Representative - Full time permanent - Located near Blacktown - 65-70k base + super - 8:15am-4:45pm - FULL TIME IN OFFICE ON SITE JD below, but as long as someone fits they are happy to train on specifics to do with this job: - Answer and distribute incoming calls - Develop strong product knowledge, ongoing training will be provided - Respond to customer product enquiries - Provide verbal and written quotations - Provide support and backup for external sales representatives - Process orders and invoices - Data entry & Quotations - As the company is in a strong growth phase, we are looking for someone who will fill a position with a wide variety of duties. - Establish rapport with clients (healthcare providers e.g. hospitals) The successful applicant will have the following characteristics; - The capacity to grow with the company & willingness to do whatever is required. - Will be enthusiastic and eager to learn - Good knowledge of English language Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. - Reasonable keyboard speed with an eye for detail & accuracy. - Strong organisational skills, and attention to detail. - Experience in the Health Care devices market will be viewed as advantageous but not essential If you're interested please click "APPLY NOW" and upload your resume You **MUST** live in Australia and have full unrestricted working rights (e.g. Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident).
