Partner Account Manager

As the Partner Account Manager (PAM), you are responsible for defining and executing a strategy to grow revenue from the Siteimprove partner community. Recruiting new and engaging with current partners for joint business development and maximizing short and long-term revenue opportunities with partners.
As a member of the partnership team, you are expected to drive sales in collaboration with partners, including the creation and distribution of leads to the sales team, supporting the sales process with the partner, and selling our solution to the partner where it best fits. This is a fast-paced, high-growth collaborative culture so you will need to be a self-starter with strong initiative and comfortable moving forward into sometimes ambiguous and undefined space.
**What you will be doing**:
- Recruit partners into the Siteimprove Ecosystem to generate leads that will go to the Account Executives across various industries
- Execute partner strategies measured by lead generation, ability to capture revenue and market position
- Strategically support the complex sales cycle process within larger enterprises
- Define and help drive specific partner campaigns and events with specific partners
- Coordinate efforts across various sales groups, marketing, and customer success groups to ensure the team provides a consistent unified approach when working with a partner.
- Effectively negotiate price, delivery, and terms within established programs, policies, and procedures to generate profits and partner satisfaction
- Keep current on product features, advantages, benefits, and selling points for effective communication and translate benefits to partners and customers
- Accurate forecasting of partner revenue tied to the leads and direct pipeline
- Work alongside management and senior members of the sales and partnership teams to constantly drive the Siteimprove value proposition in the various markets
- Provide feedback on the suitability of the provided tools and processes in achieving targets
- Attend trade shows and conferences (estimated 1-2 per year)
- Performs other related duties as assigned

- Minimum 3-5 years of partnership experience
**What we will love about you**:
- Relevant, quota-carrying sales experience of 5+ years preferred
- Experience selling to larger enterprises or comparable complex verticals and ecosystems
- Experience working within large enterprise technology ecosystems and customers
- Experience working in channel sales with Agency Partner and Technology Alliances
- Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment
- Demonstrated ability to think and plan strategically
- Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills (sales, customer success, and senior management)
- Strong verbal, written & presentation communication skills
- Ability to work closely with the entire partner organization, gaining direction and guidance from multiple sources
- Demonstrated organization and prioritization skills
Base pay will depend on the position, individual qualifications, market, and other operational business needs.
