**About the Role**

***
The Residence Manager will be responsible for the delivery of high quality care for the residents within their environment using Person Centered and Active Support principles ensuring the efficient and effective operations of the facility, its' staff, and physical resources.
- Able to optimise the performance of staff within an effective budget
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercial acumen ideally within the aged care industry
- A proven record of strong budgeting and financial management
- Commitment to providing professional and safe services to all residents and clients
- Commitment to creating an environment that ensures clients are safe and free from abuse, neglect, violence and preventable injury
- Demonstrate and uphold the Values, Vision and Mission of the organisation at all times and leading by example

**About You**

***
You will have previous experience and proven ability to lead a team of staff and maximise outcomes in performance and Resident care. You will promote a philosophy of care tailored to the needs of the individual resident in line with the organisations values and following the principles of Person Centered Care.

You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels to bring about positive outcomes.

**You will have**:

- Minimum 3- 5 years’ experience in a leadership role
- A current unrestricted nursing registration with AHPRA as a Division 1 nurse
- Satisfactory police check or willingness to obtain
- Current Influenza and COVID-19 + booster vaccination or willingness to obtain before commencement
- NDIS worker check
- Unrestricted right to work in Australia
