We are now recruiting for key positions to join our inaugural team at our second BtR property situated in Caulfield. At Essence Communities we are about providing enhanced lifestyle experiences for our residents, whilst maximising returns for our clients. **About your new Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Resident Experience Team Member to join our team on a full time basis. You will be responsible for being a customer service superstar, providing an exceptional resident experience which will include some property management tasks, administration and assisting with the leasing of our apartments.
- Operate the day-to-day front desk reception/office with a focus on customer service
- Assist residents with enquiries related to their residency, general needs, lifestyle & local area
- Checking in and out of our residents at the beginning and end of their tenancy
- Assist with leasing functions and the ongoing property management of units, including room inspections
- Provide general administration support
- Liaise with third parties regarding building facilities management including maintenance, contract cleaners, security and other services provided etc.

**About You**

You will have a warm and engaging personality, and a passion to make a difference. You will be a natural at giving quality service and contributing to delivering outstanding experiences for all our residents. Demonstrated experience with leasing and property management will be highly regarded, and you will possess or have the ability to quickly obtain an Agent's Representative Certificate lodged with Consumer Affairs Victoria - something we can help you to obtain
