**The Opportunity**:
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Inventory Warehouse Leader to join our newly refurbished Factory located in Auburn NSW. This is a contracted role for a 12 month duration.

Inventory Warehouse Leader will lead and optimize warehouse inventory operations by ensuring accurate stock management, efficient workflows, and timely distribution, while fostering a safe and productive team environment

**The scope of the role includes, but is not limited to**:

- Oversee and manage full inventory operations.
- Perform and supervise cycle counts and stock takes.
- Manage and report using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Ensure weekly pallet counts are completed accurately.
- Supervise all warehouse activities and maintain a clean, organized environment.
- Ensure daily adherence to the receivals process.
- Conduct inductions and safety training for the Warehouse team.
- Perform and oversee daily and weekly forklift checks.
- Roster and supervise the forklift team.
- Ensure compliance with WHS (Workplace Health and Safety) practices, with a focus on safety as the top priority.
- Report any safety concerns to the relevant manager and log them in the online safety system.
- Assess training needs for the warehouse team.
- Proven experience with safety systems is an advantage.
- Cert 2 in Warehousing
- Current Forklift license
- Proven experience in fast paced environment.
- Experience with WMS, ability to teach and maintain system at warehouse level.
- Organised and self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a food environment highly advantageous.
- People leadership skills and the ability to engage at all levels across the business.
