Position Summary:

- With a focus on our guest's overall wellbeing, engage and inspire guests throughout the complete beverage experience
- Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
- Assist with the bar operational tasks if required
- Be an empowering leader by providing motivation and support to the team
- Championing the culture though team building activities for associates, creating a people-first environment and enhancing their overall wellbeing
- Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times
- Leading from the front by hands on Supervision of the food and beverage team
- Onboarding and training of new team members
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, creating intimate and distinctive experiences to enable future bookings
