**Position Summary**:

- Join our Ladies and Gentlemen and lead the In Room Dining Service team and deliver room service to guests in keeping with the standards of the operating procedure guidelines
- Ensure the team adequately stock and clean the back of house area at all times
- Assist with stocking mini bar items in guest rooms
- Assist with serving food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
- Oversee that the In Room Dining team complete general operational tasks
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, exhibiting our legendary service and enabling future bookings
- Be an empowering leader by providing motivation and support to your department’s Ladies and Gentlemen
- Plan and execute team building activities for our associates as they are our most important assets

**About You**:

- An up to date RSA
- Relevant experience in a similar team lead role
- Working rights in Australia
