We are currently looking for an experienced **Content Coordinator** to work for the Enterprise Network Modernisation Program (ENMP).

The ENMP team will drive the strategic change which will drive the organisation's transition to a new Internet Protocol (IP) network, with new terrestrial, microwave and satellite delivery for air traffic management as well as Enterprise Applications and cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS).

**Key responsibilities**:

- Develop communication messaging, tools and collateral to engage and positively influence the business, employees and external stakeholders.
- Manage the new ENMP Portal space for communication function (SharePoint Office 365) including creating, and delivering ongoing content and project updates for team, stakeholders and all ASA people; ongoing maintenance and repository management, utilising all ENMP tooling.
- Deliver ENMP requirements for the Airservices-wide Project Information Hub, including workshops with project team and stakeholders, mapping dependencies, benefits mapping, timelines, messaging, content development, ongoing maintenance and project updates.
- Deliver, manages and update ENMP Workplace. Drive stakeholder traffic to Workplace, deliver link strategy for Workplace and Project information Hub. Workplace Content to include videos, interviews, top 3's, a day in the life of, photographs, reviews, profiles, updates.
- Create and deliver ongoing NEWS stories across Airservices channels, co-ordinating ongoing content and channel delivery.
- Develop, document and implement the ENMP Communications plan, calendar and schedule to agreed outcomes.
- Liaise across a number of different business groups and the Stream Leads within the ENMP Program to understand and drive engaging content

**Skills and Experience**:

- Demonstrated experience in content communications roles, preferably gained working in large, complex organisations
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing stakeholder engagement activities
- High level presentation and communication skills
- Strong experience in writing in clear and engaging manner
- Experience in the use of photo-editing and imaging software. Desirable: Canva or similar for infographics, Visio for charts and video production and editing background.
- Capable of balancing multiple demands
