Meriton offers sales, leasing and property management services, as well as the luxury hotel accommodation brand Meriton Suites with 23 locations nationwide.

**Meriton's Property Management/Leasing division is growing**, and we are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our dynamic, existing team.

**The role**:
As a Meriton Property Manager, you will be **maintaining a portfolio averaging 180 - 250 properties.** **Your daily activities will include **owner and tenant communication**, management of rental arrears, maintenance requests. You will also manage new tenant onboarding process as well as routine, ingoing and outgoing **inspections.** Strong customer relations with the owner and tenant will be key to your success.

This role is based at Head Office, Sydney CBD with traveling to various locations all over the greater Sydney. You will be supported by a **vibrant and experienced management team** who have grown with our brand, and a dedicated head office administration team when needed.

**Required skills for this role**:

- Demonstrate your aptitude for changing environments
- Minimum 2 years of Property Management experience
- Prove your professional and driven approach to success
- A proactive work attitude with **strong customer service focus**:

- You **must hold** an Assistant agent certificate or **Class 2 Real Estate Agent's License**:

- Ability to assist in growing the Property Management portfolio for yourself as well as the company
- Be available to work on Saturday when required
- Must have your own reliable car
- Bilingual is advantageous
