**About you**

The Inductions Administrator provides administration for the Babcock One Learning Induction portal, to ensure timely processing of Inductions for Babcock employees, Repair Agents and Ship Staff.

**About the role**
- Process all Babcock Marine Australia’s Worksite, Ship and AMC AMCAP Inductions requests
- Review all completed Induction submissions and ensure all supportive evidence is correct
- Print and issue Induction Cards for collection
- Maintain good relationships with major Project Stakeholders in regards to Inductions and issues.

This role is a full-time, on site role based in Garden Island, Sydney, NSW.

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:
Essential:

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Be able to work autonomously as well as part of a Team
- Must either hold or be eligible to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
