Generation health in partnership with Bupa, provide defence-ready Allied Health staff support across various on-base locations, ensuring that ADF workers gain access to quality on-site care.

About the role:
Working as a Rehabilitation Support Officer, located on base in Potts Point and working set hours between 7.30am - 3.30pm, you will support Rehabilitation Consultants with medical administration to coordinate the rehabilitation activity for injured ADF Personnel.

In this role, you will:

- Update and maintain medical records,
- manage and schedule appointments
- Coordinate case management documentation and reporting

Skills and experience:

- Previous experience as an administrator within a medical/clinical environment is highly desirable
- Solid understanding of administration/customer service requirements for rehabilitation services
- Understanding or previous experience using CMS within a medical/clinical setting
- Multitasking and friendly and professional communication skills are a must

This role is a casual/ad-hoc position that could suit individuals working in a casual or part-time role and seeking to add to their work week. The successful applicant will be required to cover leave for permanent staff and work on-base during the leave period. Ideally an ASAP start, the position also requires the successful applicant to undergo a security clearance before being able to work in the defence base.
