**The Role**

We are currently seeking an energetic and experienced Finance Business Partner to join a high performing FP&A team. You will work closely with senior leaders, within manufacturing, supply chain and finance. This role is designed to produce valuable insights and provide financial information to support decision making across the business.
- Prepare and explain financial modelling for key business stakeholders across, finance, marketing, sales, product & business performance
- Utilise both Excel and available BI tools to identify trends, opportunities and problem areas that will impact strategic decision making
- Provide recommendations to business leaders through financial insights
- Lead the preparation of the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts monthly
- Build strong working relationships with both financial and non-financial stakeholders, to develop strong collaboration and foster effective business outcomes
- Support monthly reporting through analysis of business-critical drivers
- Lead any finance systems upgrades or projects

**Profile**
- CA, CPA or CFA qualified
- Previous background using BI tools to develop dashboards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Happy to be hands on in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Advanced Excel and strong financial modelling skills, with the ability to build models from scratch
