**Description**:
**About the position**:
Working within the HR team, the role involves partnering with the NSW state business on all HR/IR matters and the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, in-line with the strategic direction and goals of the Company. Periodic travel to NSW may be required.
With a strong focus in managing employee relations and talent acquisition, this dynamic and varied role will support the NSW business in all things people management. Involvement in state wide recruitment, HR/ER matters, projects, and initiatives, you will contribute to our positive work culture whilst ensuring that all employment practices are compliant and conducted in line with Company policies and procedures.

- Experience in a similar position preferred
- Previous End to end recruitment
- Demonstrated experience in ER and disciplinary processes
- Exposure to FWC matters and/or conciliations
- Strong initiative, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated proactive approach and attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience and exposure in interpreting employment legislation and industrial instruments
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources preferred
