**About the Role**

The Graduate Clinical Coder role is based at either Gosford or Wyong Hospital, working Monday to Friday with flexible hours between 7.00am - 5.00pm.

The Graduate Clinical Coder will undertake an in-house training program covering a wide range of case mix. As part of a supportive, experienced, and passionate coding team, you will receive ongoing guidance and mentorship from the Coding Leadership Team to help develop your coding skills. **About You**
- You are knowledgeable about DRGs and Activity Based Funding (ABF) and committed to ongoing professional development in the health information field.
- You can demonstrate strong communication, organisational, and computer skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively as part of a team.
