What you’ll be doing
Our digital requirements continue to grow as our business across Australia and New Zealand expands. You’ll be leading our digital presence across these two markets, building our brand presence, attracting, nurturing, and retaining raving fans of Trek.
As a member of a 6-person Australia New Zealand marketing team, your responsibilities include:
- Own the customer retention and loyalty strategy from end-to-end
- Work closely with our Retail Marketing team members to design and develop digital marketing strategies to nurture the existing customer base, promote brand loyalty and grow lifetime value
- Test and manage future platforms for growing customer retention e.g. SMS, paid remarketing
- Generate regular reports on customer retention strategies, including detailed analysis of engagement rates, repeat purchase rates, and lifetime value
- Understand and advocate for the customer loyalty journey, and use this knowledge to guide brand campaigns, retail campaigns, and product launches
- Work closely with our Brand Marketing Specialist to design and develop digital marketing strategies to acquire new fans of the Trek and Electra brands, including growing the marketing database.
- Manage external agency support
- Manage digital marketing budget spend
- Coordinate the creation of digital content, including website, blogs, social media, and eDMs
Who you are
- Bring good energy to Trek and the marketing team, with a passion for sport, fitness and/or health
- Proven hands-on experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist (or similar) for a minimum 5 years.
- Analytical, data-driven mindset.
- Solid knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads (Search and Display) and Facebook Ad Manager.
- Demonstrated experience in building and managing marketing databases.
- Experience in optimizing digital marketing funnels.
- Experience with A/B and multivariable experiments.
- Knowledge of HTML desirable.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills.
- Knowledge of SEO desirable
- An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
