What We AreLooking For:
The primary focus of this role is toimprove our companies brand awareness and improve sales through digitalmarketing.
We are looking for a person who is passionate about digital marketing topromote our brand and range of new tooling that
comes through the door.

This job is part time with flexible hours to suit someonefinishing their university studies and seeking real world
experience, or anyonelooking for flexibility while creating exciting digital marketing initiativesfor our brand.

Ozwide Tools has been operating for 11 years and has grownto be the leading company that Automotive workshops and
technicians go to fortheir specialist tooling needs.

Duties& Responsibilities
- Work with Facebook, Instagram, Mailchimp, YouTube, LinkedIn andany other platforms useful to Ozwide/MTHire, increasing
brand awareness andsales.
- Produce product photos of new tooling for weband design use.
- Prioritise workflow, always concentrating on high priority tasksfirst
- Organise and assist with video shoots for new and existing productsincluding staging, lighting, and pack downs.
- Work with other staff members, operations manager and Directorwhen needed
- Process and edit photos and videos as required
- Analyse various marketing platform data to assist marketing decisions
- Work with the director to create a solid marketing calendar towork from.
- Assist with adding products to the webstore if needed.
- Prepare marketing funnelling systems to track if various marketingstrategies are working.
- Liaise with other designers for other various projects
- Assist and instruct other designers in a clear professional manner
- Occasional content writing for social marketing, product descriptions,product reviews, magazine ads or editorials.
- Maintain a good workplace culture
- Maintain workplace safety

Personal Skills and Qualities:

- The ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
- Skilled in using a camera for product and video shoots
- Proficient in adobe and video editing programs
- Understand Facebook ads manager and Meta BusinessSuite
- Knowledge in Mailchimp, creating and analysing campaigns
- Natural creative flare with good taste in design &presentation

This is a casual position with flexible times for thisrole.
Start times and finish times are flexible but we are looking for a minimum of 3days and maximum of 4 days per week in the
office.

**Salary**: $46,172.69 - $98,169.38 per year
