Join our Client Solutions team at SSKB in Bundall as a Part-Time Receptionist / Admin Assistant. This position offers the flexibility of working two days a week, providing an ideal work-life balance.

**The Position**

As the face of our business, you will greet and assist clients, while also handling inquiries from owners in bodies corporate managed by SSKB. Additionally, you will support the team with general administrative tasks and ensure the smooth functioning of our office.

This position is permanent part time, 8:30am-5pm, 2 days a week, Thursday and Fridays.

**About You**

To succeed in this position, you should have proven experience in a similar role, possess strong teamwork skills, and approach tasks with a positive "can do" attitude. You should also demonstrate the following attributes:

- Corporate personal presentation, excellent telephone manner, and exceptional communication skills.
- Provide a professional service to clients visiting our office.
- Keen attention to detail and a perfectionist's mindset.
- Maintain clean and tidy meeting rooms and reception areas.
- Develop strong interpersonal relationships with team members, other departments, and offices.
- Assist in managing various centralised functions within the team.
- Support the leadership team with diary management, event organising, and board meeting preparation.
