Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for luxury real estate, digital media, and brand marketing? Do you live and breathe content creation, trends, and social engagement? Lucy Cole Prestige, one of the Gold Coast's leading names in prestige real estate, is looking for a dynamic Social Media / Content Creator to join our growing team.

About the Role:

Starting part-time with a view to becoming full-time, this role will see you working closely with our agents and general manager to elevate the Lucy Cole Prestige brand across all social media platforms. You'll be responsible for creating compelling content, driving engagement, and supporting agent marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, schedule, and manage content across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Capture and edit high-quality photo and video content for property listings, behind-the-scenes, and lifestyle brand storytelling
  • Collaborate with agents to produce personalised marketing content
  • Monitor trends, insights, and analytics to optimise performance and strategy
  • Assist in crafting campaigns to grow brand awareness and audience engagement

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing
  • Strong visual storytelling skills – photography, videography, and editing (Reels, Stories, TikToks)
  • Proficiency with social media tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for luxury real estate and lifestyle branding is a big plus
