Physio and Pilates Receptionist

My Health Team is an allied health and Pilates clinic that exists to inspire the people of the Gold Coast to live healthy and happy lives.

**About you**:

- You are motivated, outgoing and able to keep up with a fast-paced high performing team of therapists;
- You have excellent customer service skills and will go beyond your job description to provide an excellent customer experience;
- You have sales experience;
- Moderate to advanced computer skills;
- You love the challenge of pushing yourself out of your comfort zone.
- Previous experience with software such as Nookal and Mindbody is essential;
Above all else, you have a willingness to learn and ability to help the team build a thriving practice.

**What you will be doing**:
**Reception**
- Booking appointments
- Assisting therapists with their administrative duties
- Appointment confirmations
- Client invoicing and receipting using HICAPS
- Converting phone enquiries into clients
- Following up with clients who have dropped off their treatment plan to re-engage them
- Social media engagement
- General clinic cleaning
- Other general administration and reception tasks where required
