About the role
Looking for an experienced part-time Medical Receptionist to join the friendly team at Won Wellness Clinic in Bundall, QLD. In this varied and rewarding role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a warm and efficient reception experience.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming patients to the clinic in a friendly and professional manner
- Scheduling appointments, managing the clinic's diary, and assisting with patient enquiries
- Providing administrative support, including managing medical records and invoicing
- Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
- Assisting the clinical team as required
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar customer service role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional manner
- Strong administrative and organizational abilities, with attention to detail
- Confident in using Best Practice software, square and eftpos. minimum 3 years medical practice experience
- A caring and empathetic approach to patient care
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to multitask
