Beaumont People are recruiting Client Service Officers on behalf of a specialist veterinary care unit based in North Ryde are looking for an experienced Client Services Officer. This position offers a diverse workload, with progression and growth. If you're an experienced Customer Service professional with a passion for people as well as Animals and/or Health Care, please apply

**The primary purpose** of this role is to handle inbound and outbound high volume calls related to all things veterinary care or emergency animal situations.

Some of your other responsibilities will include:

- Greeting clients and organising waiting room workflow
- Managing a high volume inbox
- Handling cash and other forms of payment
- Requesting results, samples and a variety of documents

**About You**:

- Proven customer service skills in a similar fast paced environment
- Any medical or veterinary knowledge is a bonus not an essential
- The ability to efficiently, multitask and priorities tasks
- Balanced empathy and emotional integrity
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- A problem-solving mindset
