About the Role
We’re seeking a passionate and experienced People & Culture Business Partner to support our teams across NSW and ACT. In this key role, you’ll partner with operational leaders to shape a high-performance, people-first culture and deliver meaningful outcomes for our people and our patients.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing expert guidance on all aspects of the employee experience — from performance management and employee relations to retention, development, and engagement. You’ll also lead the implementation of people strategies and programs that drive positive change and support business priorities.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, can confidently influence stakeholders, and enjoys both strategic thinking and practical execution. Be supported by a flexible hybrid working model with some travel across NSW and ACT, expected (including regional locations).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting leaders to build engaged, high-performing teams
- Using HR data and insights to influence and drive outcomes
- Leading end-to-end employee lifecycle initiatives
- Advising on complex ER matters, policy, and compliance
- Driving people strategies aligned to business and cultural goals
- Designing and implementing innovative P&C programs
- Navigating change with resilience, adaptability, and a solutions mindset

What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as a P&C Business Partner with great generalist knowledge
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act, NES, and AHPRA or similar regulatory frameworks
- Robust ER case management skills (investigations, performance, conduct, grievances)
- Ability to work across both strategic and operational priorities
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a drive for continuous improvement
- Experience in the healthcare or regulated sectors (e.g. aged care, allied health)
