**The Role**

Due to a well-deserved promotion internally, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our team in this role of Continuous Improvement Analyst. We are flexible with the role and you can either work out of our Northmead NSW facility, or Richlands QLD facility. As part of Operational Excellence Team, your role of Continuous Improvement Analyst will play a key part in executing Continuous Improvement & specialising in Digital projects to deliver impactful change across the Australian Supply Chain.

**Key responsibilities**
- Facilitate comprehensive current state business reviews using techniques such as value stream mapping to build pipelines of high impact initiatives.
- Support and / or lead improvement projects and change execution across multiple business units within the supply chain ensuring the benefits are delivered and realised by the business.
- Lead the identification and delivery of business / process improvement initiatives, to improve cost efficiencies and customer experience throughout CCEP’s supply chain.
- Conduct periodic health checks, provide coaching & business analysis support ensuring a systematic approach to problem solving is followed and the agreed benefits are delivered.
- Support the delivery of Supply Chain financial and operational KPI’s targets through efficient execution of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes and identification of better ways of working.
- Provide business analysis support to SC Optimisation Team and other stakeholders through data analysis, extracting details from a range of sources and structuring large amounts of information, simplifying complex processes into clear process maps.
- Build problem solving capabilities across the supply chain through the delivery of basic problem-solving training and just-in-time coaching.

**About you**
- 2+ years relevant experience in Lean, CI and Operational Excellence.
- Proven ability to identify, implement and commercialise continuous / process improvement opportunities
- Demonstrated experience in supporting & leading complex cross-functional projects.
- Agile in ways of working and being able to prioritise
- Experience within Manufacturing, Logistics & Transport/Distribution Centre preferred
- Proven ability to influence and be an effective communicator and facilitator.
- Proven experience in working collaboratively and cross functionally, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong analytical and project management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements.
- Proven analysis and presentation skills including use of common tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Desirable****:

- Degree in Business or Commerce with qualifications in a relevant discipline such as logistics or supply chain management, Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt Certification.
