**About the Company**

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Supervise a team of 10-15 staff members
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, within deadlines and within budget
- Communicate effectively with team members and workshop manager to ensure all work is carried out efficiently
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve processes and productivity
- Arrange the work locations and material resources for each project
- Maintain daily record of work activities for each project.

**Skills and Attributes**
- At least 5 years experience in sheet metal, metal working or coach building
- Proven leadership experience and the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to interpret plans and implement them
- Accurate record keeping
- Ability to be proactive in looking for future improvement in all aspects of the operation
