**The Company**

CSG Talent have partnered with one of Australia's largest building products manufacturers to assist in their search for a Maintenance Fitter. This company have been established for close to 100 years and they have manufacturing facilities all over Australia. They are known in the industry for their excellent company culture, safety records and quality of product they manufacture.

**Responsibilities**
- Working on equipment such as conveyors, extruders, mixers and various other mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and fault find mechanical issues.
- Working closely with production team on maintenance issues to ensure smooth running of department.
- Driving continuous improvement through training and development.

**Skills and Experience**
- Several years working for a manufacturer in a similar role.
- Mechanical trades certificate
- Experience of working in fast pace environment.

**Package and Benefits**
- $50 p/h + 20% loading
- Night shift
- Monday - Thursday.
- $1000 bonus a month
- Paid overtime
- Other benefits
