- Drive benefit realisation, tracking financial and non-financial outcomes.
- Monitor performance using KPIs, providing clear executive reporting on progress, risks and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and healthcare regulations.
- Oversee program resources and budget, ensuring effective allocation to delivery priorities.
- Support change management and adoption of outcomes into BAU hospital and centralised operations.
**About You**
You’re an experienced program manager with a solid understanding of revenue cycle operations and the confidence to work across both strategy and delivery. You bring strong stakeholder engagement skills, clear communication and the ability to drive measurable outcomes in complex environments.
**You will bring**:
- 3+ years’ experience in healthcare program management or similar roles.
- Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (administration, coding, billing, collections).
- Proven ability to balance governance with hands-on delivery support.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including benefit measurement.
- Excellent communication skills for executive-level reporting and presentations.

- Proficiency in program/project management tools.
Desirable:
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Health Administration, Program/Project Management, or related field.
- Experience in digital transformation or process improvement.
