**The Opportunity**

We are currently seeking a motivated and organized individual to fill the crucial role of Revenue Cycle Workforce Support Officer. This position plays a pivotal part in ensuring the efficient allocation and scheduling of clinical coding, administration, and billing resources nationally for Ramsay Health Care.

There are full-time or part-time positions available with hybrid working supported to suit your work/life balance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective scheduling and rostering strategies for clinical coding, front office, and billing personnel across the national hospital group.
- Collaborate with Directors of Finance, Health Information Managers (HIM), Billing Hub Managers, and Front Office Managers (FOM) to assess budgetary constraints and allocate resources effectively.
- Monitor coding workflow, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement in resource allocation, reporting findings to the National HIM/FOM and Billing Hub Manager.
- Liaise with various departments to facilitate seamless coordination and communicate effectively to align coding and billing schedules with hospital needs.
- Generate regular reports on workforce scheduling, coding, and billing activities, conducting analysis to identify trends and opportunities for optimal productivity and resource usage.

**Your Key Skills and Experience**
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.

- Demonstrated planning and organization skills with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to continual quality improvement.
- Understanding of the requirements of Front Office Administration, Billing, Clinical Coding, and Health Information workforce.
- Ability to prioritize, manage, and schedule tasks effectively.
