**About the role**

Continued company growth has provided us with an opportunity to recruit a new Energy Broker**.* This**phone-based* sales position will be **office-based** in Brisbane

As an integral part of the team your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Making 40-50 new business calls per day
- Prospecting your own commercial and industrial energy leads
- Building and managing relationships with key decision-makers in mid-to-large businesses
- Negotiating the best energy deal available to best match your customers’ needs
- Sharing insights with other team members and participating in Choice Energy events.

**About You**

Along with a love for sales and working in a very agile and challenging environment, we'd like you to have:

- A results driven mindset, competitive nature and a strong ability to consistently achieve KPI's.
- 12 months B2B sales experience or similar sales experience preferred but not essential
- A growth mindset, willingness to learn and strong work ethic are essential.
- Confidence in engaging with high level decision-makers
- Excellent communication skills

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
