Associate, Onboarding and Deposits

**About the Role**
As an **Associate, Onboarding & Deposits**, you will play a crucial role in providing end-to-end operational banking support to third-party channels, with a focus on deposit growth and maintenance.

You will collaborate closely with the core financial markets deposits team to support major third-party distribution agreements with StrataCash Management. Your key responsibilities will include KYC document analysis, onboarding, account opening, remediation, and maintenance of customer information within multiple core systems.

You will work with external operations teams to ensure clear communication and prompt, accurate processing of new customers. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential for ensuring customer retention and satisfaction
**About you**

A positive and professional business approach, excellent customer focus, and strong interpersonal skills are essential. You should be comfortable working with a diverse group and collaborating with the team for successful outcomes.

Strong multitasking skills and the ability to meet high volume SLAs are also important. Knowledge of AML/CTF and KYC standards, as well as advanced Microsoft Windows program knowledge, will be highly regarded.
