New Home Associate

As a New Home Associate, you'll be the welcoming face of our Bridgeman Downs display centre, supporting our consultants with the technical details that help bring our customers dream home to life.
What You'll Be Doing Welcome customers into our award-winning display homes Understand customer needs and provide tailored, helpful information Assist with sitings and ensure house plans align with land covenants and building regulations Prepare initial and final deposit paperwork and manage Docusign processes Coordinate soil tests and certification documentation Prepare house plans on land documents to ensure suitability and compliance Maintain accurate product information and databases Manage and maintain the CRM to ensure customer records are current and complete Ensure homes and sales suites are immaculately presented Follow up with customers after their visit to maintain engagement About You You're passionate about property and new home construction, and you genuinely enjoy helping people.
You're confident in both face-to-face and phone interactions, and you thrive on building meaningful relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
You're also detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with technical documentation and systems.
What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Interest in property and construction, with a technical mindset Confidence in engaging with new people and building rapport Ability to manage sitings, soil tests, and certification tasks Experience preparing house plans and deposit paperwork Familiarity with Docusign and digital documentation processes A proactive attitude and pride in presentation Don't worry if you don't have all of these skills yet – we have dedicated trainers to assist with your development.
