**Junior Workforce Management Consultant**

**The Role**
Our
**Junior Workforce Management consultants** will be involved in the implementation of Tambla solutions to their customers.

You will be responsible for providing consulting services to customers through building organisation charts, award changes, configuration, training. You will also provide technical and pre-sales support and work across other teams across Tambla.

**Skills and Experience**
This is a unique opportunity for a team player who is looking for that opportunity to get stuck into learning and doing exciting work. You may have some customer service experience and nearing completion or completed your university degree and looking for your first role to showcase what you have learnt and capable of or you may be looking for a career change.
- Nearly completed or recently graduated from with a university degree.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and with a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
