This thriving company is going from strength to strength with their innovative contact centre and customer experience technology. Due to recent success they’re now expanding their team in Sydney and require a Workforce Management Consultant to work closely with and provide expert solutions to their customers.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Become a trusted advisor to the client, develop strong relationships and effectively delivery solutions.
- Understand and assess the client’s needs and convert them into a solution.
- Analysis and interpretation of data on the product.
- Consult to each assigned customer
- Develop and maintain documentation that’s relevant to successful project delivery.
- Present, demonstrate, train and provide instruction to individuals from Operational Management to C-level.
- Be a product expert to other internal teams.
**Skills & Experience Required**
- 3+ years in a relevant consulting role (Ideally workforce management contact centre or back office processing backgrounds working for either a Vendor or Contact Centre).
- Experience with Workforce Management Solutions required
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, BA, operations or equivalent experience is desired.
- Excellent at tailored presentations and objection handling.
- Business Analysis skills having the ability to gather requirements, convert them into a solution and implement that solution on premises and via cloud.
- Must be a team player but also be able to work autonomously and be self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to travel locally and interstate when required.
