With a continual growth plan for expanding our portfolio across Australia and New Zealand, we have a **Full Time Store Manager **role now on offer in our **Fitzroy **centre.

**The Role**:
Our Store Managers work collaboratively with their Operations Manager and their team to drive centre performance whilst aligning to company values. The role is a multi-faceted role encompassing customer service, administration, operations & people management.

The responsibilities include:

- A Day-to-Day Life of a Centre Manager Consists Of: _
- Coach and lead a team of 1-3 Store Consultants to success
- Deliver and drive consistent and great service to support customers in making the best storage choice for their needs.
- Maintaining & Cleaning of the Storage Facility & Grounds.
- Work towards monthly sales and KPI targets for the Fitzroy Centre.
- Drive operational excellence with a strong focus on centre presentation and maintenance.
- Commit to a safety-first culture, ensuring all compliance and administration tasks are completed in line with company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and enquiries
- End of month reporting summarizing the centre's financial performance
- Reporting directly to the Operations Manager regarding weekly & monthly updates/results
- Assisting & servicing the Commercial Customer Base to ensure their needs are met on a daily/weekly basis.
- Assist clients with any urgent requests outside traditional office hours with company provided mobile phone.
- Action general administration duties such as rosters, leave requests and timesheets, customer contracts and inventory management.

**What you will bring**:
To be a successful centre manager at Fitzroy, you will ideally have:

- Demonstrated 1 + years’ experience within a management or team leader position
- Strong conflict & resolution knowledge, and the ability to de-escalate situations.
- Strong administration skills and great Time Management.
- Proven ability in working towards sales targets and KPIs.
- The ability to build strong and effective relationships with all levels of staff
- You have a motivated, proactive, and positive outlook with the willingness to learn and grow with the business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Driver’s license and car (preferred)
