Friends with Frank is a Melbourne-based fashion label, renowned for its timeless designs and exceptional quality. We cater to customers seeking staple pieces with enduring style, offering head-to-toe outfitting both in-store and online.

With a strong online presence and an expanding retail footprint, our flagship store on Gertrude Street is at the heart of our brand. We are seeking an experienced individual to lead the Fitzroy store, driving customer experience, sales performance, and store business growth. As Flagship Store Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and elevating Friends with Frank's flagship store to even greater success.

Key responsibilities:

  • Inspire, develop and lead your team of Retail Stylists
  • Build and nurture authentic relationships with new and existing customers
  • Drive sales performance and store business growth
  • Implement PR and customer-based store marketing initiatives and events
  • Deliver daily and monthly reporting on sales targets, KPIs and insights
  • Oversee inventory management and store business functions, ensuring operational excellence at all times
  • Oversee store presentation and visual merchandising

About you:

  • Previous retail management or assistant management experience
  • Strong sense of style with confidence in offering styling advice
  • Genuine interest in beautiful product and fabrications
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, develop and inspire a team
  • Highly organised, efficient and detail-oriented
