ABOUT THE POSITION:_**
- Our boutique managers are brand ambassadors that take pride in carrying the company values of hand-made approach and mindfulness._
- Their main mission is to drive retail sales of the store, fostering the brand culture of craftsmanship and unique in-store experiences. With the support of their team, they will be responsible for growing a strong business, developing brand awareness while being compliant with the company processes and policies._
- As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving retail sales, while delivering genuine and thoughtful customer service. This involves supporting, managing and developing the talent and capabilities of your team._

Role Responsibilites_**:

- You will be required to lead by example via retail operational excellence, to provide a productive, efficient and collaborative work environment:_
- _ Ensuring a welcoming environment for the client in the store_
- _ Sharing with the client your knowledge on the art of fine perfumery, on the brand, and on the collection, and create genuine, authentic connections with clients_
- _ Lab Technician - fully managing the lab: compounding perfumes, managing the ingredients and stock, labeling and boxing the creations with care. _
- _Building client database by gathering client information. _
- _Amenity partnership scouting and local/in store event host_
- _ Addressing and successfully resolving client situations according to company philosophy and escalating to corporate level for specific requests_

IN-STORE OPERATIONAL DUTIES_**
- _ Up-keeping and maintenance of the Boutique (retail floor as well as lab area, stock room)_
- _ Monitoring daily, weekly, monthly sales and key performance indicators. Sending weekly reporting with sales analysis_
- _ Ensuring full stock of merchandise and efficient inventory management_
- _ Monthly schedule rostering in line with available demonstration hours to ensure adequate coverage_
- _ Maintain thorough understanding of Le Labo’s policies & procedures, implement safety rules, including ensuring team's completion of compliance training and best practice operational adherence_
- _ Ensures visual merchandising guides are adhered to in store _
- _Leading by example, be a role model to the team to motivate, develop and empower the team_
- _ Hire, train, coach a professional sales force_
- _ Implement employee policy, by communicating job expectations and disciplining the team_
- _ Accomplishes goals by scheduling and delegating tasks to the team_
