**About the role**:
Searching for an
**Assistant Store Manager **to join the
**Mentone **OR
**Fitzroy **team, that can inspire and strongly support the team, you will be a major contributor to the future growth and success of this brand.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Driving and encouraging your team to achieve sales budgets and targets
- Mentoring, developing, and providing feedback to your team to build a high-performance culture
- Assisting in Visual Merchandising, ensuring your store is well presented and a pleasant environment for both our team and customers

**You are**:

- Previous management experience is preferred
- Passionate about customer service, fashion, and retail sales
- Can demonstrate your ability to meet KPIs
- Compassionate and professional, as you will be helping women find their perfect swimsuit at sometimes their most vulnerable
- Positive, enthusiastic, warm, and friendly to both your team and customers
