**Job Description Summary**

We’re seeking a proactive and hands-on Facilities Coordinator to join our vibrant team in Perth. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and own the site, acting as the eyes and ears of our client’s facilities. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and productive workplace while delivering exceptional service.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about facilities management, customer service, and operational excellence.

**Location**: Perth, WA
**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
**Contract Type**: Fixed Term - 12 Months

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage daily facilities operations, including maintenance, repairs, and service requests
- Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
- Support budget management and cost control for facilities services
- Maintain compliance databases and support audit programs
- Collaborate with the onsite Workplace Team to deliver seamless services
- Identify and escalate risks or blockers to leadership promptly
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure continuity of services with mínimal disruption to business operations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in facilities coordination or management, ideally in a corporate or commercial environment
- Strong understanding of building services, maintenance coordination, and contractor management
- Familiarity with OHS regulations, risk assessments, and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of site operations
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
