**The role**:
This position entails offering injured workers excellent customer service while onboarding them to our NPPP program, and providing exceptional administrative support to our team of health professionals along with a range of other duties.

The Navigator Primary Psych Program (NPPP) is designed to support those injured at work or in a motor vehicle accident to recover from their psychological injuries. Our team of health professionals support the person during their recovery journey through assessments and providing counselling for psychosocial barriers. The team also provide targeted therapy during the program leading to return to work or return to function.

This role will ideally suit someone with a strong background in Medical administration or workers compensation insurance industry.

This is a part-time role and we are looking for someone who is available 3 days a week.

**Additional duties**:

- Contact clients ( injured workers ) via phone and onboard them to Navigator's in person or Telehealth Psychology assessments by providing exemplary onboarding experience and handling enquires in a friendly and professional manner
- Document relevant patient information into CRM and produce reports and relevant correspondence for the treating health professional
- Identifying opportunities to maximise the number of clients opting for the programme by adopting best practices
- Manage client appointments and promptly liaise with all stakeholders as required
- Other Admin & Adhoc tasks

**Skills and Attributes Required**
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills, including active listening and great rapport building
- Ability to work independently and confidently to manage workload
- Exceptional admin skills
- Knowledge of the medical, health or workers compensation insurance industry (Desired)

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $63,500.00 per year
