**Job Description**:
Due to growth in the business, we are currently seeking an experienced Senior Document Controller to take the lead of our small document control team in Naval Base.

Key elements of this role include:

- Lead a small team of document controllers
- Manage the workload effectively amongst the team
- Ensure suitable coverage across all projects
- Ensure document control protocols are in accordance with project requirements and procedures
- Track all incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Manage relationships with the all stakeholders (client, contractors and internal departments)
- Provide Commissioning documentation to clients
- Assist with client queries
- Reporting project documentation status to the management team and assisting with creating / sourcing Quality documents
- Creating work packs for processing, fabrication and assembly
- Produce, obtain & compile records for inclusion in MDRs
- Management of MDRs

**Qualifications**:
You will also ideally possess the following skills and attributes:

- Minimum of 3 years Senior Document Control experience
- Experience with document control systems. (Aconex, SharePoint, Team Binder).
- Ability to work under pressure and to contribute to a high
- performing team.
- Familiar with Quality Management Systems - ISO 9001
- Must have Intermediate-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Pro and QDMS
- Background in manufacturing advantageous but not mandatory
